1. Estrategias para planear  y documentar el trabajo del instructores

           

Aprender algunas herramientas que faciliten el trabajo, el como documentar sin crear mas tareas y más procedimientos, sino consejos  concretos para poderlos transmitir a las personas que trabajan en el centro.

Actividades que involucren y faciliten las tareas

2. Ejemplos para establecer acciones de mejora en las actividades pedagógicas,

A partir de la observación de buenas practicas, seleccionar las mejores para compartirlas con las personas que hacen parte del equipo de instructores, estos ejemplos sirven para mejorar el trabajo de los instructores actuales, como una forma de entrenar los futuros instructores.

3. Dinámicas positivas y negativas para construir aprendizaje en los instructores

Buscar iniciativas y actividades negativos y positivos, donde los instructores puedan observar que corregir, que cambiar o que mejorar, para producir nuevo conocimiento  entrenamiento significativo.
